PA State Riding Laws:
  • State : PA
    Helmet Required: Under 21
    Daytime Headlights: Required
    Eye Protection: Required
    Radar / Kids/ Earphones : No Music
    Yearly Inspections: Yes
    Lane*Sharing: Yes
    Blood Alcohol: .08/.02 (+21/-21)
    Max Speed: 65/55 (Rural/Urban)

* - Two motorcycles in a single lane.

In California only, lane splitting is legal. Motorcycles may drive between cars, but not on shoulders.

this is the only 1 that matters to me,,, been having people tell me i couldnt ride my son with me on my bike cause he was to young.... well FU guys lol................. hes

been riding with me since the day i got it and wouldnt have stopped anyway :P :P
